For IKON, a series of production and workflow databases were created to
administrate the production of printed materials for two of the Port Chester
facilities top clients, IBM and Oxford Health Plans. The Databases provided a
number of tools and options for entering, tracking, and outputting information
related to each individual book order received. In addition, customized front
end user interfaces were created to minimize data corruption and provide
streamlined workflows for each level of user.
